green tea mango frapp
Ingredients:
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 frozen pears (cut in four or six)
1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk/soy milk (preferably skim milk)
1 tsp green tea matcha powder
2-3 splenda packets/krisda or 2 tsp brown sugar
directions: mix all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth
yield: makes 2 cups
serving size: 1 cup
Calories (per serving): 115 to 165(if 2tsp of sugar is used and 3/4 cup of milk is used instead of 1/2)
if soy milk is used, Protein increases by approx. 2-3 grams.
PROTEIN: approx 4-5 grams
